Practice Schedules
Practice schedules are at the discretion of the coaches. We do this so that each coach can schedule practices that are at the most convenient locations and times for their team.
EQUIPMENT
- Players must purchase their own mouthpiece and wear them at all practices and games. Any player without a mouthpiece will not be allowed to participate.
- GameBreaker helmets are required.
- Jerseys, shorts and flags are provided by the league.
Return-to-Play Safety Protocols
- All parents/fans are required to wear masks to enter the facility.
- Players masks are optional.
- Forehead temperature checks for all parents & children before entering the facility.
- Hand Sanitizer stations will be available.
- Equipment will be disinfected after every quarter.
- Teams will not share equipment.
- One game per hour will be played to create space for bystanders to social distance.
- Concessions/Food area will be closed.
- Participants must have own water bottles.

GAMEBREAKER HELMETS
A GAMEBREAKER helmet is required for the Fall league. We believe GameBreaker helmets will provide the most comprehensive and effective safety technology for our players. No other helmets are permitted for safety and uniformity reasons. If you do not own a GAMEBREAKER helmet, you will be able to rent or purchase one below.

Sizing instructions can be found in rental registration.
Rental helmets are picked up at the NFL Flag Inland Valley tent
at first game.
