PRACTICE SCHEDULES

Practices are once a week;  the schedule is at the discretion of the coaches. We do this so that each coach can schedule practices that are at the most convenient locations and times for their team.

• Full Refunds given within 7 days of registration (Last refunds eligible for processing on February 18th, 2024).
• Cancellations after 7 Days and up to February 18, 2024 will be given a credit towards a future season
• After February 18, 2024, no refunds or credits will be provided
• Exception to the refund/cancellation policy is a severe injury/illness with a legitimate Doctor’s note provided prior to Game 1 of the Season

EQUIPMENT

• Jerseys, shorts, and flags are provided by the league.
• Players must provide their own mouthpiece and wear them at all practices and games. Any player without a mouthpiece will not be allowed to participate.
• Soft shelled helmets are optional (purchase from your favorite sporting goods store)
• Players can wear athletics shoes or cleats (no metal, please).

NFL Flag Inland Valley is a non-profit organization.  All teams are required to find a $275 sponsorship from a local community business for our Spring season.  If a team is unable to find a sponsorship, the cost will be divided among all team members. If at any time during the season, the team locates a sponsor, the team members will be reimbursed.
